Shipping policy
Every order placed on Purra.fr is packed with care and shipped within 24 to 48 working hours. You receive your tracking number by email as soon as the carrier takes charge of the parcel.

Follow your order at any time from the Track my order page, or directly with the carrier: La Poste, ParcelsApp.
Exceptional delays
In rare cases (strikes, end-of-year holidays), delivery may take a little longer. If your parcel has not arrived 60 days after shipping, we send it again at our expense. A question? Write to us at contact@purra.fr.
